how can I burn avi files on vcd,I've been on your message board and read that if you convert your avi file into TMPGEnc you can burn it to vcd. The only thing is I don't know what TMPGEnc is. I use the nero5 software to burn vcd or svcd.

Tmpeg is a mpeg encoder it converts avi to mpeg 1 or 2 (s-vcd format) yo can also cut the mpeg to fit onto 2 disks with this prog, dont forget to decompress the avi audio first get a prog called avi2vcd it has a audio compressor, as a matter of afct you could use this to encode its not as good though its free ware so just download it from here, www.mnsi.net .
