does the cd loader only comprise of the files:

CDLOADER.bin
CDLOADER.cue

and do you use the guide "Burning BIN/CUE Images with Nero Burning Rom" to create the cdloader?

and how do creat the dvd loader?

yes its only those files. open Nero, and click file-burn image, then select the cue file and burn. You cannot create dvd loader, you need to download it (but it is not needed if you have cd loader).
