I know i may be treading on a fine line here, but as a UK resident not being able to have Live was a key reason for me to have my xbox modified, however the way i had it done does not allow me live, and my funds do not allow me to get it chipped.

There are many free updates for live games, my question is...

It is possible for someone to d/l the updates and put them on the net then for me to simply transfer them from computer to the correct xbox directory....
