Infoedit to create VOB files from .m2v file?

I have been using rempeg in order to reencode my main movie files, but the quality seems to turn out crap with some movies (not sure why this only happens with some films), so I am now trying to use TMPGenc. I ripped the film using Smart Ripper, then used DVD2AVI to make a .d2v file. Can I still use infoedit to just create the .VOB files ...etc, using my .m2v file created in TMPGenc?

Yes, you can still use ifo edit to make the new VOB files. However, what i have found is that i end up with a good m2v file but when i create my VOB files the picture becomes jerky
