Hi .

I used sony CD-R and it worked fine with the old Lens-Laser .

Then I installed a new Lens-Laser which was great and all the games worked fine on it .

but the problem is that all cd backups works with a noise and freezes alot ... although they worked fine with the old Lens-Laser .

And the original CD games works perfectly without a problem .

I used :
sony cd-r >> works with noise and freezes alot .
Imation >> doesn't work at all .
Grundig >> hardly works with noise and freezes alot .


So what is the best cd-r media to use?

I use maxell cd-r which works pretty good.

I recently pickued up a 100 pc. spindel of Sony's and they seem to work fairly well.
