Hello what is differnt about the single and dual layer dvd burner .If dvd-r is a dual layer can i use
the normal burner.Thx

Single layer burners will only burn single layer media whereas the dual layer burners will burn both single and dual layer media.

I'm assuming that by "normal" you mean a single layer burner in which case the answer would be no, a single-layer burner can't burn a dual layer disc.
