Hi there,
Did lot of searches but did not get a single hit on the subject, so i would be really gr8ful if u could out?

Question is how dyu demux the ac3 stream while ripping a DVD using DVD Decrypter?

Well DVD Decryptor and whatever program you'd be using for AC3 stuff are two different apps and so long as they arent writing to the same file you can do it. :)

Hmm... k, actually this questions really boils down to what these Hex codes really mean in (as shown in the exmaple Stream Processing Tab in DVD Decrypter)

0xE0 0x8? 0x20

Which one refers to the demuxing the AC3 stream?

All audio is contained in a stream numbered 0xBD. Within that stream are separate substreams, one for each audio selection, numbered 0x80 - 0x89 (doesn't have to go that high). The default audio stream is 0x80 and if there's a DTS stream it's usually 0x88. Other AC3 streams can have different numbers, depending on how the DVD was authored.

So yur saying I should Demux the audio stream with 0x80? - meaning all audio streams from the starting Hex addr of 0x80 to wherever it ends :-?

I'll give you an example. On my DVDs I keep the 5 channel AC3 for most movies. That happens to be the default stream (ie it plays unless you manually select something else) for most of my DVDs, so I'd select just stream 0x80. The easiest way I can think of to check is to open the DVD with DVD Shrink. I believe the order they appear in Shrink should be the order they'll be numbered.
