i try to play my backup copy of marvel vs. capcom but everytime i try to load it with the cd swap magic, i hear grinding noises coming from my ps2 and then the border become blue and red. i dont think there is anything wrong with the game itself since it works on other playstations.

My ps2 does the same thing then says "disk read error

I just bought the sims game but my ps2 just wont read it.So I rented it to see if it was just the disk but it still wont read it.It's almost like it locked it out.
