Thing is, no one reads the forum rules. Not a lot of people who are going to break them anyway. I mean, you hardly expect people who type without grammar to even care about the forum rules.
Thats the thing, the rules arnt that clear. Differnt people interupt it in differnt ways. Mainly about the piracy thing.
Another suggestion... is befire the submit, how it has, Check this box, if u want to ..blahblah

Have you read the forum rules, and agree to adbide by them, and have a link to the rules. Thefore they are saying that they have read them. Even if they havnt.
