Hello. I downloaded an avi file from the net, but there is only sound and no video. What can I use to see it as well as hear it?

Had a similar problem with media player. Download this old version of the divx codec, unzip, and install it and it may solve your problem. Version 3.1 http://www.divx-digest.com/software/divxcodec.html
