GFX5700le 128 DDR VS. Radeon 9200 256 ddr

HI, i want to upgrade my pc and I stumble upon a problem. I don't know how important is Video card RAM so there's those two cards i am checking and was wondering wich one would be better.
My system is a Athlon XP 2000+ with 512 DDR 266mhz with agp 8x support.
The two card as in the topic are :
1- Geforce FX 5700LE (light edition wich I have been told it only does not come with games, tell me if thats right plz) with a 128 DDR ram memory
2- Radeon 9200 with 256 DDR memory

wich one is better and what does the offer more.

Hands down the 5700LE without any sort of contest whatsoever :)

As for whether the thing comes with games? I dunno i buy OEM mostly
