the software i used is nero 5 and my ps2 doesn't have any mods i use swap magic cd3.0/dvd2.0 (this was the first time i tried cd3.0)

i have a cd burner the lowes burn speed is x4 i've been able to backup ps1 games before with it and i use sony cd/r. i burned the game nba street ball vol. 1 ntsc (not pal) a cd disc at lowest speed. after it was done i tryed booting it with the swap magic cd 3.0 under normal boot and ntsc. what did i do wrong?

after i attempted it under ntcs and normal mode i got the red screen and i already know it means its a bad burn so how could i prevent bad burns, and i have Nero 5. thanks.
