only until recently...my ps2 doesnt seem to run backup cdrs...it would just load for a long while,make some clicking sounds, then inside the browser screen for a while, and then straight to the red border screen...while on my mates' ps2, it works perfectly, but he uses a magic chip....

so im wonderin if this is the lens' dirty and needs a good clean...or maybe modchip wires mite be loose?
