I have a DVD loader on my computer, now what do i do?

I just downloaded a dvd loader and it started out as a .rar file. i then extracted it but then it was this huge .iso file. i extracted that and it came up with
10 .elf files, 1 .bin file, and a 000 file.

now i'm going to burn it to a dvd-r, but what do i burn on it?

lol, you need to burn the iso file to dvd-r (dvd decrypter will do it). DONT extract it.
