Nero 559 does not work with Pioneer A04

I use WinXP Prp SP1 and my A04 drive works in every other software I've tried except Nero. When I go to erase a re-writeable, or burn a -R disc it just hangs requiring a cold boot.

Anybody actually have this working?

I have WinXP Pro and the A04 drive, and I use Nero 5590 without any problem writing to DVD-R. I don't have any clue what could be the problem with yours, but it is most definitely a software problem. You may need to update your ASPI drivers or even the A04 drivers/firmware. Good luck.
