I have a Swap Magic 3.0 CD disk with a V10 PS2, so it obviously doesn't work as it should. Is it possible to use GS to load the CDLoader so I don't have to buy a new Swap Magic CD disk?

you could use dvd loader instead of cd loader and boot dvd loader with your swapmagic dvd
