got disc 2 to work but not disc 1 please help with error message

I split the movie and disc 2 works great when I try to burn disc 1 with nero I get this.one or more VOB files do not belong to VTS_01_0.IFO and wont burn it.Please help Im going crazy

heres in dvd1 directory:
video_TS.IFO
video_TS.BUP
VTS_01_0.IFO
VTS_01_0.VOB
VTS_01_1.VOB
VTS_01_2.VOB
VTS_01_3.VOB
VTS_01_4.VOB
VTS_01_0.BUP
DVD2 DIRECTORY HAS SAME BUT 5,6 AND SEVEN VOB

Looks like you are missing VIDEO_TS.VOB.

If you've downloaded the latest version of Ifoedit, it will put all the necessary files into 2 folders for you.
