ok i have this monitor and its abit stuffed up..Its brighter at the bottom of the screen and its darker at the top of the screen....Now im wondering if there is any software that can alter the horizontal brightness so i can bring the two halfs of the screen to a happy medium...is this possible?

Your video drivers might be able to help with that with manual color correction but I'm not sure :)
