Hdloader losing game saves!?!?!

While playing a couple of games with no prob, like Medal of Honor rising sun, GT4 Prologue, R-Type Final etc, I have noticed that sometimes the game saves are not updated!!

So is the HDloader missing the game saves? Is there a fix for that?
