Need help ripping audio from DVD

I tried using DVD Audio Ripper from IMToo to rip the audio from a dvd and ran into a couple of problems. A couple of the tracks have "skips" in them, and the last few seconds of some the tracks are cut off. (i.e. a track that should be 3:45 is only 3:30) Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to fix it? I've tried to rip is several times with the same results. I haven't seen this kind of problem on any of the boards. Any advice would be appreciated. Or, if anyone has any other suggestions, that would be great too.
