Will DVD Shrink still work if I only have Nero 5.5?

I would also like to know whether I should buy Nero 6 to get InCD 4 for packet writing (drag and drop to CD & DVD rewritables) software, or whether there is better packet writing software for DVD rewritables?

Yes - it will work

but no - you dont want nero incd, its a terrible program and it messes up your Drives -they start to have problems reading and burning discs
