need help trying to burn spideman 2 back up (PAK files?)

im tring to back up a copy of spiderman 2
i have copied it to my harddrive,
however im not to sure which files to burn
the files i have are:
Amalga.pak
Dummy.dat
Ioprp300.img
Libsd.irx
Liquid_f.irx
Mcman.irx
Mcserv.irx
Movies.pak
Padman.irx
Sdrdrv.irx
Sio2man.irx
Slus_207.76
Sounds.pak
System

i have a Pal modded ps2 however the gam im trying to back up is an ntsc could this be the problem?

the PAL NTSC thing might be a problem, but your first mistake was just copying the files to your harddrive (which wont work unless you know exactly what order they are in on the original). You need to make an image of the disc and then just burn the image.
