it seems some people beleve that this is better than the HD LOADER. p.s. the HD LOADER website isn't up anymore it wasn't a scam was it? Can u trust the HD Advance ?

did you also need the flip top or slide tool in order to use the HD Loader,? or could you just hit the eject button ?

hd loader was a program that allowed you to back up the games you own to a hard drive that is attached to your PS2 (if you have one) so you dont have to use the original discs everytime you want to play a game (you can just run it from the hard drive). I dont think you had to swap discs with it but i am not completely sure.

Hi,

Just so you know Hd Advance is just a rip off of Hd Loader.
Sony got Hd Loader and will soon get The scamers ripping Hd Advance.
Dont waste your money on Hd Advance get Hd Loader.
If you want a PAL version of Hd Loader original i can help you.
Hd Loader will allow you to transfer back ups to the hdd if you have a chip and a flip top cover.

I wonder how long they will last on ebay even. Since Sony was successful in stopping the production of these products they will likely strong arm ebay into prohibiting the sale of them there as well.

my ? is do you need any special equipment in order to use the hd loader? (flip top, sliding card )or just the hdloader and a hard drive.
