hi ,anybody knows of a software able to convert RM files?
as such ,they are of little use to me ,but would like 'em on VCD!

It's not easy. Some options:

1. EO-Video - http://www.eo-video.com/ - I've never tried this software. Let us know if you do.

2. Tinra - http://www.divx-digest.com/software/tinra.html

3. Using a screen capture program capable of capturing to AVI like SnagIt.

Options 2 and 3 require a FAST machine. Run a search through the afterdawn messages and you'll find some discussions on the 3rd option.
