Lately, I have been unable to run any scheduled events. I use to run Norton AutoUpdate live for virus definitions, as well as Windows updates and Monthly backup MyPc. Lately, I have had to run these programs manually. I recently updated ZoneAlarm (free version) so checked the settings and gave Windows Server accesss and now I get updates, but I still don't get scheduled events. I gave Symantec products the same access with Zone Alarm. The Task Manager folder stated that Norton AutoLive Update and Checkup were unable to start. Any ideas why this is? The programs work manually, but why can't It be scheduled.
