cant backup metal gear solid please help me im lost!

hello i have backed up most but cant for the life of me do metal gear solid 2 sons of liberty, i use dvd decrypter or alcohol 120, even blindwrite and none of them will read the disc usually get to 11 percent then fail, so i stopped trying to rip it to the drive and just do a straight copy with nero and no luck ive made alot of coasters please help me, i have got latset versions of the mentioned progs and still no joy :)

Have you try a different copy of the game?
Sounds to me like the game is scratched and thats why you can ripp it to the HD.
Can you get a different copy from a friend?
I had no problem making a backup of this game.
