Is there a way to chane my dvdr 75 to play all regions,It has region 4 written on the back of the world symbol, in texta.So maybe it can be changed to view all.Any clues please would be most helpful

Hi,

This is a standalone player, yes?

If it has the ability to upgrade the firmware you may be able to do it. I've no experience with modifying standalones but you may try this link for more information :)

Nephilim,Yes it is a stand alone player.Purchased July 2004.I have emailed Philips to see if they can offer any clues.Looked at the site that you suggested and tried a couple of things there but this machine probably has the latest firmware so need more up to date info.Thanks
