PS2 Mod Prob DMS4 Lite - HELP !!!

Hello out there, maybe one of you mega gamerz can help me out.

I installed a DMS 4 lite in my fatty PS2 (v9) and when i turn on the unit the LED lites up red.

if i push the reset or eject button it turns green for a couple seconds , then back to red.

The tray won't open and just a blank screen appears ...

WTF??

I have taken it apart twice to try to double check everything. I don't see anything wrong indside.

I meticulously followed the directions using sharp scissor, minimal insertion force etc...

HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this maybe the stupidest thing ever ever but have you tried pressing square on ur controller just right when the console turns on green to turn off the modchip? or was it triangle i don't know i remember it was square tough from on of these sites
