I have a HDD Seagate 250GB no Barracuda name on it. Just Seagate. can i still install games on it?

Yes I don't see why not. You can check out the hdd compatibility list here if you want.

i forgot tell you that my HDD is a Sata and inside the enclosure.
i install a game using usb extreme, when i connet it to my ps2 slim and boot the usb advance it says unrecognise system or unsupported folder System. what should i do?

Well I am sure you have it formatted as FAT32, correct. If you have more than one partition, you need to make sure the USB games are installed on the first partition
USB Advance will not work otherwise.

I already tried format it to FAT32 But only NTFS showing in the Select Bar. what should i do with it?

I always find it best to use the 'ul_format X format ' way to format
