Need help/tutorial for soft mod ps2 slim

I have a PS2 Slim, SCPH-70012 series, I am sure it is able to be soft modded, I just need to know what I have to do, I know there is a way to use the pelican.bin and the other program to get the soft mod/exploit onto the usb device, then I am lost, I don't have the pelican.bin or anything else, anyone down to help a noob? :D
