Dear Everyone,

I had a working PS2 with HDDLoader with around 40 games installed in 160GB seagate HD Drive since yesterday. I removed the HDD from PS2 and installed it in my PC via IDE cable. When I was copying games to it using hdl-dumb, my windows crashed and I think my PS2 HDD Loader got corrupted. Now when I am powering on my PS2, it is showing MATRIX logo and after 1-2 minutes a RED screen and it halts there. Is there any way to FIX my HD Loader OS? I dont have HD Loader/HD Advance/SwapMagic CD/DVD. I have downloaded winhiip. Can winhiip alone do the formatting and reinstallation / or repair HD Loader??? My PS2 Model is SCPH-70006 NTSC J, Slim. I dont want to pay to the retailer once again for this thing. I've got all the hardware working. Please help me out.

Using Winhiip 1.7.6, do a SCan/repair and that should fix it.

And yes it will format, install games, extract games etc,

I recommend using it alone for copying games to hdd.
