How in the H@$%^, did he get, or create this?!~??
What do i need to do in order to have all my emulators on one loader.
I see that he has a Matrix Infinity chip.
Could i do with a Ulaunch or Swap Magic?

I found it, just need to know how to place the roms onto it.
It came as a DVD ISO, do you know how i would go at putting items into the ISO, then re-burning it?
I read the ISO, i just copied and pasted the items into a folder, then i burnt it as an ISO, but it didn't read.
Suggestions?

Make sure to Select DVD UDF/ISO when making a new ISO with Nero Burning Rom.

The ISO has the 3 different Emulators.
The author just put a Notepad saying: Put Roms HERE.
I did that, they didn't work,
what should i do now?

Which roms are you placing? The SNES roms. I have mine as .smc files unzipped.

I am placing snes, pgen, and nes on there since those are the only 3 emulators for the roms i have. .sms, .smc, and i forget the ones for pgen at the moment (brain fart)
but do i need to keep all of these roms as unzipped?
what about the whole USB conversion?
do i need to put these to a DVD-R? or how would i set it up under my usb stick? i have 2G on it which is enough space for all three.

Do you have the SYSTEM.CNF file? Check w/Notepad
---------------------------------
BOOT2 = cdrom0:\MULTILOA.ELF;1
VER = 1.33
VMODE = NTSC

---------------------------------
or are you PAL?
