can you burn ps2 games with dvd+R?

Hey i was just wondering if you have to have DVD-R or DVD+R to burn ps2 games. answer plz?

You can use both. Most people will tell you to use -R discs because they are easier on the laser (I have no idea how that works). I have seen tutorials out there that tell you specifically to use +R. I have personally used both, however, booting the backups on +R was always a pain. That is until ESR came out. With ESR booting my backups, I have yet to have any problem using either type of media.
