why doesnt my swap magic read my shadow of rome? invalid ps2

i made a backup of my shadow of rome, and burn the iso to a dvd-r but when i use swap magic it says (invalid ps2 disc) do i need a patch and i know im using the right swap magic disc im not a noob with it.. so what could be the problem?

okay i tried extracting it, making a dummy file by using notepad and saving it as a bin ,then using nero but no luck. what is wrong okay and i got a dvd loader now so what do i do?

Ok have it all extracted, and use the Shadow of Rome Tool. There is a different tool for either PAL or NTSC

You will need to register at alucard forums - link

It will then rebuild into an ISO image and you can then burn it.
