Modded slim PS2 won't run psx?

My slim PS2 has a modbo 4.0 chip and it can't run any burnt PSX games.
I power on the PS2 it goes black as normal, after 5secs the browser pops up with the memory card then exit automatically and it gets to the red screen(insert PS2 or PSX format disc...)
I tried my old working PSX games, burning in dvd decrypter with 1x, 4x,12x, alcohol 120% with 16x(can't go lower), twice restart, holding the power button for 3sec but still not working.
Hope you guys can help.

Check the SX wire on the modchip
