Aparently the statement that MS said saying that, ahs been retracted. Latest news is that if they think you obtained the game illegitimately then you will get banned. So it isn't supposed to be an instant ban. What you can bet on though is your account certainly being monitored.

you were lucky the fallout3 got alot of people because it was a review copy. But why play halo:odst before the release it look like halo 3 same garbage
