Ok guys ive got Cars race o rama and heres the deal it works perfect on my benq my samsung and my liteon with 1.6 after using the activate.iso however upon downgrading my firmware to 1.51 i realised none of them will play it anymore with or without the activate.iso disc then i put them back on 1.6 and everything is fine again
i do not have a hitachi availible right yet so i cant test it on there anyone have a clue why the game doesnt work with 1.51 after all this talk about 1.51 being able to boot the wave 4 game without any activate.iso disc?

That could possibly be months. I'm really not for sure why everybody is fooled with this blog. It offers no real evidence, only speculation.
Heck, I have a grandma who's best friend Norene has a grandson that knows a friend who's uncle has a son who knows this guy that he met at a party that is friends with this guy that works at Microsoft.

Question, wondering if anyone knows yet:
I am running older Xtreme firmware (i do not play anything online). I have been using XDVDMulleter or ppf-o-matic to patch the wave3 games to work on my old firmware.
Has anyone tried either of these methods for the Wave4 game?
(please do not flame me for running old firmware. I have already had enough jerks do that. I cannot update my firmware, and don't really want to have to recreate all of my backups if I do update)

make sure you are flashing with IX1.51 REPACK, if not then it is actually 1.5

Ive done well over 100 flashes i know what FW is on there and its not 1.5 that poopoo has never been on this pc at all it is 1.51 final the latest version

You guys are so lucky...have 85830C Liteon with only 1.6....the activate.iso makes me nervous and irritates me because i would have to do this everytime to load wave 4.....fooy...just fooy..

I'm really sorry about this real noob question, but I will have to ask. How do I run this "activate.iso" to run the new Wave 4 games in my xbox?
I have taken my console to be flashed, since I do not have what it needs to do it at home.

Burn the image with Imgburn. Use a DL disk and when igmburn ask to burn to single layer select no. When done put in xbox and play it, message will come up when it does swap disc with game and then load the game. Works good. (read that on xbox scene)

I may be wrong. So you should research a bit.
If I remember right you do want to use dl disk but do want to say yes to burn to only one layer.

Original retail 360 games are not effected by old firmware.
That, is why I am not really worried. Yes, most of my games are backups, but they are either WAVE 1 or WAVE 2. I play my PC more than anything now, so I really have not been looking at any newer 360 games, other that MW2. Since I am a COD Fan, and have the original preordered, I have no worries! =3
