Hi,

Whenever I boot up an NTSC PSone backup with Breaker Pro on my (slim) PS2, I get a huge border at the bottom of the screen which also moves the picture up and cuts off about a 1/3 of the top.

This doesn't happen with PAL PS1 games and also never happens on my PSone with Breaker Pro. I am wanting to use my PS2 so I can take advantage of the Component connection and optical surround sound.

Is there any way to correct this problem and get PS1 backups working on my PS2?

Thanks.

Worst God damn forum ever. No one ever replies. Instead you're all too busy discussing off-topic muck like 'teachers reporting that an iPhone exploded'. I don't know how many topics I've come across through Google with no replies helping out the people in need.

Book your ideas up, losers. What are you all doing on this forum if you're all content wasting time instead of helping?

I assume there may be some replies now...

If no one has answered, that would be because either no one has the same problem as you or they just don't know.

I use Breaker Pro, and I tested a few of my PS1 games.

Most have full screen when I play them. My FF VIII is cut off at the top a bit, FF VII plays fine. My Metal Gear Solid plays fine.

Is your PS2 PAL or NTSC?

There are patches for some games, or you need to choose Region when playing game.

Now mostly because I use fmcb 1.8, I just use that method to play my PS1 games on my slim.
