How to burn ps2 no mod chip

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME TO BURN MY PS2 GAME THAT USED TO WORK AND NO LONGER DOES.I HAVE ISO IMAGE AND WHEN I OPEN IT .IMG(BINARY.IMG)IS IN A FOLDER LABELED (MODULES), ALONG WITH A DATA.DAT(FILE),A SLUS_218.70(70 FILE),AND A SYSTEM.CNF(CNF FILE)

I HAVE NO MOD CHIP AND ALL FILE ABOVE I LISTED ARE IN A SINGLE .ISO FILE...I HAVE PLENTY OF BURNING SOFTWARE AND A CD/DVD RW

SORRY IF MY WORDING IS CONFUSING AND THANKS FOR ANY HELP I GET:
here is what i have-
-------------------------------------------------------------------------ps2game.iso----open it
----MODULESFOLDER----inside here is--ps2.image binary.272kb size
data.dat----file 2605527size
slus_218.70----file 3418 size
system.cnf----cnf file 59 size

All you have to do is use an image burning program (like ImgBurn or DVD Decrypter... though I'm not sure if DVD Decrypter is available anymore) to burn the ISO to a blank DVD.

However, you won't be able to play it unless you have a modchip or Swap Magic.

Or a softmod.

Supposedly, there is a method of getting around this and burning a disk that will boot without a modchip/swap/etc...it was perfected by Datel years ago, and the general theory is discussed in a TXT file that comes with zoneloader...but so far I have yet to see any guides for doing it at home.
