My Ps2 games keep getting damage and borrowed by friends/relatives. My second PS2 Console Laser Drive died 2 months ago. I want to back-up my games to a hard drive and play the games through a usb. I also have some of my games in ISO but never used the ISO because I never had an issue.

So, can someone direct me to a link with step by step instructions to setup my PS2 Slim Games to play from a HD. Also, what is the best program to use? I read about different methods 4 years ago but most likely those procedures are old and also the programs. So, I'm looking for updated procedures and programs. I don't want to hard-mod the PS2.

If someone can guide me...I'll be grateful. I would like to complete this process quickly because my family will have relatives staying for a few months, {they lost their home.} So, my disc's will get more damage because of the relatives kids. :(
