Retrieving a game from a PS2 HDD?

Is this possible?

I have a couple of games I wasn't able to play due to the whole compatibility thing with running from the hard drive. I thought about it recently and wondered if I could get the games off the hard drive and back into an ISO format so I could burn them and play them via the swap method.

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks a million dude, it's been a long time since I've used Winhiip!
I usually do my transfers over the network with hdl dumb but even 40 minutes doesn't beat the hassle of plugging it in with an IDEtoUSB cord and transferring!
