In a word NO, if you correctly upload the CDF and then download it after flashing, and the Emulation Key is on by default, but if you want to check, Menu, OK on Language, type 1968 and you will see it, you do not need to have EMM Capture enabled, also you must flash it with the latest UK fix, doesn't matter where you are, that is what you need okay. Good luck ;)
