try putting your box on standby when you go to bed making sure your on a direct cable feed

Check your providers website could be an area problem or try rebooting your router and box

service provider says everything is fine in my area so it not just here. so what is causing the problems this time no way this is server maintainance again does any one have any idea or answers?????????
