For all guys that are struggling with the options for modding a 1.6 version xbox, just thought id mention this to all that dont know already.
Teamexecuter are releasing the xecuter 2.6 modchip, which is compatible with 1.0-1.6 xbox versions, also being compatible with hard drive locking.

2.3b is compatible, just gotta make a minor adjustment and change to the newer flashBIOS via hot swop or programmer

yea I generally use the hotswap menthod.
I heard though (cant confirm 100%) that theres no LPT rebuild to do with the 2.6. Ive done a few 2.3 mods on the 1.6 mobo, and while I dont really mind doing it, taking out the LPT rebuild, would def. save some time.
