Article 11, more taxes, typical EU. Article 13, more control and mining of your information, end result more power for the EU, typical EU. Hopefully this will back fire on them and 27 will decrease to 13, hopefully.

This won't kill the internet though it will only kill it for the poor people controlled by their beloved EU, sad to say.

How would they treat any published information that presents information about an address that can be converted to a link by the reader in a way very similar to email addresses being published on the websites that cannot be harvested by automation.
