Ah this is why i never buy anything from itunes, well that and the fact i dont have any apple devices. Just use TunesKit and rip the copy protection off the files then you can keep them forever and share them.

Copy protection has nothing to do with it. The file let not on his device. He can?t download it because the iTunes Store he is trying to download it from if he is trying to does not have the file. He moved from Australia to Canada and the Canada store does not have it. This can happen with any digital store. It?s not like he had it downloaded and now can?t watch it.
