It all started in winter 1998/1999. It was one of the coldest winters in Finnish history with temperatures dropping to record low of -51C in Northern parts of the country. As a member since 2004 I have not contributed directly through comments or forum posts but have enjoyed articles and discussions published here. IIRC the original reason for joining was to be able to get update notices for certain software titles. I think I still get one for foobar 2000.
Good luck on the future. I hope your birthday celebration is enjoyable.

Thanks for sharing Afterdawn's history with us (visitors, former colleagues, friends). While I was aware of the ups, I had not realised there had been also plenty of downs along the Afterdawn route.
