ProdiscS03 are rated in the same class as Ritek G04 according to this link so I'd say you're alright.

Not to keen on the Memorex brand as i have always had problems with every drive i tried them with.Mind you i have not tried them on my NEC yet.My opinion they are not very good all round compatible media.

I neglected to add that when buying Memorex there's no guarantee you're going to get media from the same manufacturer each time you get more. Memorex buys from whoever is cheapest at the moment so I'm a bit surprised to see them using ProDisc when they've been known to use CMC MAG quite a bit.
