Can't get my backup games to work.

I bought the swap magic disc b/c I wanted to make sure I could backup my games before investing in a mod chip. I have not been able to play my backups on version 9 with the swap magic usa build 3.2 cd and dvd 2.0. I've gotten one of my cd to play but it then froze shortly after the game started. DVD's none. I have gotten to the blue trim screen after it says to insert disc but then it just goes black. I've read a lot about cd and dvd loader. Do I need these?? A few of my games I've tried to back up are Jet Li Rise To Honor and ATV Offroad Fury 2.

did you use DVD Decrypter?

Actually I've used DVD Decryptor and Nero. Is Decryptor better?

hey am having the same problem i have a version 9 usind sony dvd+r and i have a dms3 on my ps2 and mine just keeps loading it doesent even look like its about to start and yes i am using DVD Decrypter with grand theft auto 3

I use Ridata says made by Ritek. Is this the same quality or what? So what is the deal about these games. If I can't back them up I'm glad I didn't buy a mod chip.

hey is their a certain brand that is best fro burnign ps2 games on and does the + and - make a difference on the dvd???

yes use ritada and prob - is the best never rw's as a rule of thumb
