are there any bioses out there that will actually let you play burned games?

Sure, if I take your question right, all bioses (through the use of a mod-chip) will let you play burned xbox games.

So, you mean that the X3 Cromwell and the Xenium OS would let me do it? I was talking about a bios that would let me play a burned game w/o having to copy it first to the xbox then transfer it to a pc, creating an ISO image, etc...I'm plan to get a Xenium Ice, what do u think? is it good or should I wait for the xecuter 3? Thanks alot for your answer though

Xenium OS and Cromwell are legal bioses and they won't let you play burned games. To do that you'd have to load an Evox or X2 bios.
